Requests & reservations

Royal Black Executive provides private chauffeur inquiries for journeys in and around Boston. Preparing or sending the website form requests a quote; it does not create a confirmed reservation, process payment, or guarantee availability.

Please request your journey at least 24 hours before pickup. For travel within 24 hours, call or WhatsApp the business to check availability. Short-notice service is subject to confirmation and is not guaranteed.

A reservation requires direct agreement on availability, itinerary, price, and booking conditions. Cancellation, waiting time, additional stops, payment, and any cleaning or damage charges must be disclosed and agreed before confirmation. This website does not impose an undisclosed fee or automatic cancellation penalty. For a change or cancellation, contact the business promptly.

Your journey

Give accurate pickup information and allow suitable time for flights, meetings, and events. Traffic, weather, airport procedures, and road closures may affect travel times. Arrival times cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance; contact the business to discuss changes or disruption.

The intended Royal Black vehicle is a black 2023 Chevrolet Suburban Premier, with room for up to six passengers plus the chauffeur. Tell us your passenger count and luggage needs. Capacity, a particular amenity, child restraints, and assistance arrangements must be confirmed for your booking. An illustration or equipment specification is not a promise that every option is installed.

Passenger safety

Wear seat belts, follow reasonable chauffeur safety instructions, keep exits clear, and secure luggage. Tell us before booking if children will travel or you need assistance entering or leaving the vehicle. Child restraint arrangements must be confirmed in advance. Unlawful or hazardous items and conduct that endangers others are not permitted. An unsafe journey may be stopped when it is safe to do so.

This form and the booking inbox are not emergency services. In an emergency in the United States, call 911.

Personal belongings

Check seats, pockets, the floor, and the luggage area before leaving. Keep valuables with you. Report a lost item promptly with the journey date and a description; reasonable efforts can be made to locate and arrange return of an item found, but recovery cannot be guaranteed. Any shipping cost must be agreed in advance.

Passengers are responsible for keeping track of their belongings. This does not exclude responsibility arising from the business’s conduct, negligence, or any duty that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or lawful remedies.

Images & intellectual property

This website combines Royal Black branding, a vehicle photograph supplied by the business, licensed destination photographs, and AI-generated editorial illustrations. Licensed photographs are credited alongside each image, with links to the source and the applicable Creative Commons license. Generated images, including the welcome-screen concept, may differ from the actual vehicle and are not documentary photographs. Chevrolet, Suburban, Bose, Apple, iPad, WhatsApp, and other third-party names belong to their respective owners. Their mention does not imply sponsorship or affiliation.

Website copy, design, and branding are protected to the extent applicable law permits. Do not reuse material without the relevant rights holder’s permission. Open-source font rights remain with their authors: Cormorant Garamond license and Hanken Grotesk license. For a rights concern, contact the business and identify the material and the basis of your request.

Accessibility & contact
