Your website request
This website does not save your form entries to a database, cookies, local storage, or session storage, and does not submit them to a Royal Black website server. The form creates a temporary message in your open browser page so you can review it. Use “Clear details” to erase it from the page. Leaving or reloading the page clears the site’s draft; your browser or device may separately provide autofill or recovery features.
Choosing WhatsApp, Messages, or email passes your draft to that service. Royal Black receives your message when you send it. Those apps, their providers, and the business inbox may store messages according to their own settings and policies. A copied request also remains on your device’s clipboard until replaced or cleared.
Only what is needed
The form asks for a name to address you, your service, travel date, pickup, and destination. Email and extra notes are optional. A neighborhood, airport, or hotel name is sufficient for an initial quote; you can arrange precise pickup details directly later.
Please do not enter payment card details, identity documents, passwords, medical information, or children’s names. If you need assistance, describe the practical arrangement without including a diagnosis or sensitive records.
Purpose & sharing
Journey information you choose to send is used to answer your request, prepare a quote, arrange transport, and communicate about your trip. The website has no advertising profiles, remarketing pixels, or sale of form data. It does not enroll you in marketing.
Use of necessary inquiry information is connected with the steps you request before booking and, if you book, providing the service. Legal obligations and the establishment or defense of claims may also require records. Where the LGPD applies, these purposes may rely on Article 7(V), 7(II), or 7(VI), as appropriate. A request is not blanket consent to unrelated uses.
Your selected contact provider processes the draft and message; authorized people arranging your trip may need your itinerary. Hosting and messaging providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Applicable transfer safeguards must be observed where required. Provider notices: WhatsApp privacy, Apple privacy, Google privacy, and Vercel privacy.
Retention & security
The site has no server-side store of booking form entries. Messages you send outside this site may remain in business correspondence for the time needed to handle the inquiry, provide the service, meet applicable recordkeeping obligations, or address a dispute. Contact Royal Black about a particular record or deletion request; deletion may be limited where lawful retention is necessary. This policy does not promise that every third party immediately deletes a message.
Vercel hosts the site and may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, and security or delivery logs. These records are separate from the form fields. HTTPS protects connections in transit; no website or messaging system can promise absolute security. Please report a suspected disclosure using the privacy contact below.
Your privacy rights
Where applicable, including under Brazil’s LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, portability where available, and anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed information.
